we will be happy to make an exchange or credit your account for any items you are not completely satisfied with. the item must be returned to ooh la lizz within 14 days of the delivery date, in good condition, ship prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. shipping and handling is non-refundable. ooh la lizz stands behind its products and will replace any item that proves defective under normal circumstances.

with our exclusive arrangement with fedex, ooh la lizz can ship goods anywhere in the world, safely, cost effectively, and in most cases, within a few business days. for shipments within the continguous united states using fedex ground, shipping charges are based on the subtotal of goods purchased.
